Can I choose a female physio?

Yes, we have both male and female staff at Auscare Physio.

In fact, we have physios with specialized post graduate training in women’s health issues.

Do you Bulk Bill?

The EPC (Medicare) program may be available through your family doctor. You will need an EPC in order to be eligible to bill through Medicare. If you are a concession card holder we can bulk bill. If not, there is a $30.00 gap to pay.

Do i need a doctor's referral?

You will need a doctor’s referral only if you have insurance which requires it- Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident as well as Medicare (EPC). Private insurance does not require a doctor’s referral.
